This designer heated towel rail is made from 304 grade stainless steel to prevent rusting even in damp bathroom conditions. It’s polished to a mirror like finish, giving it a fantastic look and creating a focal point in any bathroom. To enhance the designer finish, the wall mounting brackets are located on the uprights along with the air vent and bleed plug to give a sleek look and maximise space available for hanging towels. The wide gaps between the towel slots create a unique look, and prevent the towel warmer from looking crowded or messy when fully loaded with towels.

There’s a 10 year guarantee on the towel rail body, with a 2 year warranty on the electric element.

Technical Information

These electric rails use a PTC heating element, unlike traditional heating elements which use a resistance wire, PTC elements are made as ceramic stones. These ceramic stones are special as they are designed to heat up to a defined temperature and then maintain this temperature by reducing the amount of electric current. This means that the rail will initially heat up using the maximum rated wattage until it reaches 65°C and will then automatically reduce the amount of power whilst maintaining the temperature. As a result, a thermostatic control unit is not required and more importantly, significantly less electricity is used than with a conventional heating element, making it more cost effective to run.
