Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders, with some exclusions for highlands and islands postcodes. Small items under £10 may also include a delivery charge. Please contact us for more information.

We attempt to dispatch all items within 1 working day (unless stated otherwise on product description), although many are dispatched on the same day when your order is received before 12pm.

Deliveries will be sent using a trackable parcel carrier where possible and most deliveries will require a signature from someone over the age of 18 years old. If a signature cannot be obtained when the delivery is attempted, it will be returned to the local depot and a card left to enable you to rearrange at your own convenience. This may include the ability to select an alternative delivery address, however you will be liable for any additional charges payable to the carrier for this service.

Deliveries by parcel carrier take place Monday to Friday only. Weekend deliveries may be available at an additional cost - please contact us on 01325 321236 or warehouse@manissa.co.uk if you'd like to arrange a weekend delivery.

Some smaller items may be sent using Royal Mail which may not require a signature but may still be too large for a standard letterbox. If so and you are not at home to receive your delivery, a card will be left to enable you to collect it from your local Royal Mail delivery office or rearrange delivery. These items can be sent to all standard UK postcodes including Northern Ireland.

Deliveries to remote areas of the UK including the Scottish Highlands and all UK islands, Northern Ireland and all international destinations will incur a longer transit time from when you receive our dispatch notification. Please see table below for approximate transit times, from when your order has been dispatched.
